18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement

All visual content produced through SpicyAPI is wholly computer-generated by AI models from text prompts. No real person is depicted in any output, no photograph or video of a real person is ever used as an input, and no performer, model or actor has participated in the creation of any image or video.

This is enforced by design, not by policy alone. The API does not accept uploaded or external images anywhere: the only images that can be edited or animated are images previously generated by the same account, verified server-side before any request is processed. Every prompt is screened before generation and every generated image is reviewed before delivery, and any output that appears to depict a real identifiable person or a person under 18 is withheld and deleted. Because no actual human being is depicted in any sexually explicit conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to content generated through SpicyAPI, and no such records exist or are maintained. Wayfinity Ltd, trading as SpicyAPI, is not a producer of any depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct.

Customers who use generated content together with content of real performers in their own products remain solely responsible for their own compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 for that content, as set out in our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
